The invention discloses a closed-loop gas flow control device and method for dual gas-assisted extrusion of plastic micro-tubes. The device consists of an extrusion unit, a dual gas-assisted unit, a measuring unit and a control unit. The extrusion unit is composed of an extruder, a die head, a cooling and sizing water tank and a traction mechanism; the measuring unit mainly includes ultrasonic detectors and surface roughness testers; the control unit comprises a signal amplifier, a data acquisition card and a computer. The ultrasonic detector and surface roughness tester realize real-time detection of the diameter and surface roughness of plastic micro-tubes after dual gas-assisted extrusion, cooling and sizing. The deviation between real-time voltage signals and preset threshold values is fed back to the gas mass flow controller through the I/O data acquisition interface to adjust the opening of the solenoid valve, so as to realize high-precision closed-loop control of gas flow in dual gas-assisted extrusion of plastic micro-tubes.
