Embodiments of the invention provide a flat catalyst for synchronous removal of CO, SO₂ and NOₓ and a preparation method thereof. γ‑Al₂O₃ nanotubes serve as the catalyst carrier, and La₀.₈Sr₀.₂CoₓMo₁₋ₓO₃ perovskite is adopted as the active component. The flat catalyst is prepared by a roller coating process and subjected to pre-sulfurization treatment before application. Using γ‑Al₂O₃ nanotubes as the carrier promotes uniform distribution of active components and greatly increases specific surface area. The catalyst exhibits excellent catalytic activity and poisoning resistance within 300–450℃. The perovskite structure realizes synchronous removal of CO, SO₂ and NOₓ. Pre-sulfurization treatment endows the catalyst with high activity for CO reduction of SO₂ and stable reaction performance and selectivity in actual flue gas containing O₂ and H₂O. With optimized formulation additives and processing parameters, the catalyst features low pressure drop and long service life, reducing investment and operation costs with remarkable economic benefits.
