The flexible polymer blend film has high surface strength, is not easy to be scratched, and has a long service life. The invention also provides a preparation method of the flexible polymer blend film, comprising: mixing polyimide raw material and polymethyl methacrylate raw material via melt blending or solution blending to obtain a molten mixture or mixed solution at a mass ratio of 0.01–50:1; forming the molten mixture or mixed solution into a film to obtain the flexible polymer blend film. The invention further provides a touch screen, which sequentially comprises a touch sensing layer, an adhesive layer and a flexible cover plate; the touch sensing layer and the flexible cover plate are fixedly bonded through the adhesive layer; the flexible cover plate is made of the above flexible polymer blend film.
