The invention discloses a halogen-free high-flame-retardant oil-resistant heat-shrinkable marking tube and its production method. The raw materials in parts by weight include: 80‑100 parts of polyethylene, 10‑20 parts of ethylene-octene block copolymer, 5‑15 parts of ethylene-acrylate-maleic anhydride terpolymer, 30‑60 parts of hexagonal flaky magnesium hydroxide, 30‑60 parts of halogen-free composite flame retardant, 1‑5 parts of lubricant, 0.5‑3 parts of sensitized crosslinking agent, 1‑3.5 parts of antioxidant and 0‑10 parts of color masterbatch. The marking tube has a limiting oxygen index higher than 35%, meeting Class C2 requirements of French standard NF C32‑070. It satisfies the oil resistance specification of NF F00‑608, with less than 30% change in volume and tensile strength after 168-hour diesel immersion at 70℃, and the oil resistance of printed marks complies with EN 50343.
