The preparation method comprises: preparing a first supply melt stream by melting linear low-density polyethylene (LLDPE), a slip agent and an anti-UV additive; preparing a second supply melt stream by melting terpolymer polypropylene (TPP), an anti-blocking agent and an anti-UV additive; extruding the first and second supply melt streams through a co-extrusion die head; performing water cooling setting, secondary traction after primary traction, heating, inflation, air cooling setting, bubble elimination and flattening, and final winding. The feed flow ratio of the first supply melt stream to the second supply melt stream is (1–5):(1–5). Products packaged with the heat-shrinkable film can slow down aging when stored outdoors, avoid reduced sealing strength and seal cracking during handling.
