The intermediate layer consists of the following components: 30–97% polyolefin, 0–30% nylon-polyolefin graft, 2–30% nano-flaky inorganic filler, 0–30% functional filler, and 0–15% auxiliary agent. The bottom layer consists of the following components: 20–70% polyolefin, 0–50% polyolefin elastomer, 5–30% functional filler, and 0–15% auxiliary agent. The invention uses nylon-polyolefin graft and semi-aromatic nylon as main components of the surface layer for good hydrolysis resistance, and adds functional fillers to improve the water vapor barrier property of the surface layer. The nano-flaky inorganic fillers added in the intermediate layer can fill between functional fillers to form a good barrier.
