The invention provides a pollution-resistant isatis root-modified PP masterbatch and a preparation method thereof. The preparation method comprises an isatis root extract pretreatment step: selecting isatis root extract, high-temperature treatment and microwave treatment. The high-temperature treatment is performed at 180–190°C for 15–20 seconds. The microwave treatment uses a microwave frequency of 20–24 GHz. It also comprises an isatis root extract modification step: adding the pretreated isatis root extract into deionized water, stirring at 1800–2000 rpm for 15–20 minutes for complete dissolution, with a bath ratio of 1:15–20. Adding mangosteen polyphenols and seabuckthorn flavonoids into the isatis root extract solution in sequence, heating the solution to 90–95°C and performing ultrasonic-assisted dispersion.
