Pipe type:

PPR pipe (polypropylene): thickness 2-16mm, good temperature resistance (cold/hot water), non-toxic and environmentally friendly, commonly used as a water supply pipe.

PVC-U pipe (rigid polyvinyl chloride): thickness 1.5-10mm, acid and alkali resistant, low cost, used for drainage and sewage.

PE pipe (polyethylene): thickness 2-20mm, strong flexibility, impact resistance, suitable for underground water supply or drainage.

2. Underfloor heating and heating system

Application scenarios: underfloor heating coils, central heating pipelines.

Pipe type:

PERT pipe (heat-resistant polyethylene): thickness 1.8-4mm, high temperature resistance (long-term use temperature 70 ℃), easy to bend, used for floor heating.

PP-RCT tube (reinforced polypropylene): thickness 2.3-5mm, resistant to high pressure and high temperature, suitable for high-temperature hot water transportation.

3. Protection of wires and cables

Application scenarios: Indoor and outdoor wire conduit, cable protection sleeve.

Pipe type:

PVC conduit: thickness 0.8-2mm, good insulation, flame retardant, low cost, widely used for home decoration and building wiring.

PE conduit: thickness 1-3mm, good flexibility, anti extrusion, suitable for buried or exposed installation.

Municipal Engineering and Infrastructure

1. Municipal water supply and drainage pipelines

Application scenarios: urban water supply main pipeline, sewage pipeline network, rainwater collection system.

Pipe type:

PE solid wall pipe: with a thickness of 5-50mm, corrosion-resistant and anti-aging, with a long buried service life, commonly used as a water supply pipe.

HDPE double wall corrugated pipe: thickness (wall thickness) 2-8mm, high ring stiffness, light weight, used for drainage and sewage, can reduce construction costs.

MPVC pipe (modified polyvinyl chloride): thickness 3-10mm, strong compressive performance, suitable for buried pipelines in areas where heavy vehicles pass through.

2. Gas transmission pipeline

Application scenarios: urban gas transmission and distribution network, courtyard gas pipeline.

Pipe type:

PE gas pipe: thickness of 4-40mm, made of PE100 grade material, with strong crack resistance, in compliance with gas transmission safety standards.

3. Communication and power pipeline network

Application scenarios: communication optical cable conduit, power cable protection conduit.

Pipe type:

MPP power pipe (modified polypropylene): thickness 3-10mm, high temperature resistance (can withstand 120 ℃), compressive and impact resistance, suitable for non excavation construction.

CPVC power pipe (chlorinated polyvinyl chloride): thickness 2-8mm, excellent flame retardant performance, used for high-voltage cable protection.

Agriculture and Landscape Architecture

1. Irrigation system

Application scenarios: Irrigation in farmland, drip irrigation in orchards, and sprinkler irrigation in greenhouses.

Pipe type:

PE irrigation pipe: thickness 1-6mm, resistant to UV aging, smooth inner wall and not easy to scale, suitable for long-term burial or ground laying.

PVC irrigation pipe: thickness 1.5-5mm, low cost, water pressure resistance, used for sprinkler irrigation or drip irrigation main pipeline.

2. Drainage and ventilation

Application scenarios: farmland drainage, livestock farm sewage, greenhouse ventilation ducts.

Pipe type:

HDPE double wall corrugated pipe: thickness 2-6mm, high drainage efficiency, strong corrosion resistance, suitable for drainage in farmland.

PVC ventilation pipe: thickness 1-3mm, lightweight and easy to install, used for ventilation and air exchange in greenhouses.

HDPE wear-resistant pipe: thickness 5-20mm, strong wear resistance, impact resistance, suitable for conveying media containing solid particles.

Steel plastic composite pipe: The inner layer of PE/PP is corrosion-resistant, and the outer layer of steel pipe enhances compressive strength, suitable for high-pressure and high wear scenarios.

3. Compressed air pipeline

Application scenario: Compressed air transportation in factory workshops.

Pipe type:

PE compressed air pipe: thickness 2-5mm, smooth inner wall, low resistance, stable compression resistance, suitable for low-pressure pneumatic systems.

Other special fields

1. Automotive and Shipbuilding Industry

Application scenarios: Automotive brake system pipelines, ship water supply and drainage pipelines.

Pipe type:

PA pipe (nylon): thickness 0.5-2mm, oil resistant and high-pressure resistant, used for automotive fuel pipes or brake air pipes.

ABS marine pipe: thickness 2-6mm, resistant to seawater corrosion, lightweight, used for internal pipelines of ships.

2. Food and pharmaceutical industry

Pipe type:

PP-H pipe (sanitary grade polypropylene): thickness 2-8mm, non-toxic and odorless, meets food contact standards, used for food grade fluid transportation.

PE-RT II type pipe: thickness 3-10mm, high temperature and corrosion resistant, used for high-temperature water or clean fluid pipelines in the pharmaceutical industry.
