Architecture and Decoration Field

1. Wall and ceiling materials

Application scenarios: Indoor partition walls, ceiling decorations, external wall insulation layer protective panels.

Board type:

PVC clip board: thickness 0.8-1.5mm, smooth surface, waterproof and moisture-proof, low cost, used for kitchen and bathroom ceilings.

Acrylic board (PMMA): thickness 2-20mm, high transmittance (up to 92%), good weather resistance, can be used for decorative translucent ceilings or partitions.

Aluminum plastic composite panel: thickness 3-6mm (core layer PE material), surface aluminum skin+inner layer PE, fireproof and impact resistant, used for exterior wall decorative panels.

2. Floor and countertop

Application scenarios: indoor flooring, kitchen countertops, laboratory workstations.

Board type:

PVC floor leather: thickness 1-3mm, soft, non slip, wear-resistant, suitable for home decoration or commercial space flooring.

PP board (polypropylene): thickness 3-15mm, acid and alkali resistant, used for laboratory countertops or food processing workshop floors.

PE board (polyethylene): thickness 5-20mm, impact resistant, low temperature resistant, suitable for cold storage floors or heavy machinery operation areas.

3. Doors, windows, and partitions

Application scenarios: Replacing partitions with bathroom glass, lighting windows in greenhouses, and advertising light box panels.

Board type:

PC board (polycarbonate): thickness 2-10mm, strong impact resistance (commonly known as “bulletproof glass”), high light transmittance, used for greenhouse ceilings or soundproof windows.

PETG board (modified polyester): thickness 1-5mm, resistant to chemical corrosion, easy to process and shape, can be used as irregular partitions or decorative lines.

Industrial and packaging fields

1. Chemical equipment and containers

Application scenarios: chemical tank lining, reactor partition, acid and alkali pipeline gasket.

Board type:

PPH board (homopolymer polypropylene): thickness 5-30mm, strong corrosion resistance (such as sulfuric acid, hydrochloric acid), high temperature resistance (below 100 ℃), used in chemical equipment.

PVC-C board (chlorinated polyvinyl chloride): thickness 3-15mm, corrosion resistance better than ordinary PVC, can withstand high temperature liquids of 60-90 ℃.

2. Mechanical processing and wear-resistant components

Application scenarios: mechanical guide pad, conveyor equipment liner, bearing cage.

Board type:

Nylon board (PA): thickness 2-50mm, good self-lubricating and wear-resistant, used for mechanical parts such as gears and sliders.

HDPE board (high-density polyethylene): thickness 4-20mm, impact resistant, wear-resistant, can be used as a conveyor belt pad or grain silo lining.

3. Packaging and Logistics

Application scenarios: pallet pads, packaging box partitions, food grade packaging liners.

Board type:

Hollow board (PP/PE hollow structure): thickness 2-10mm, light weight, anti extrusion, reusable, used for express boxes or electronic component packaging.

PET board (polyester): thickness 0.5-3mm, high hardness, puncture resistance, used for food packaging boxes or drug trays.

Advertising and Display Field

1. Advertising signs and lightboxes

Application scenarios: Outdoor billboards, storefront signs, LED lightbox panels.

Board type:

Acrylic sheet (PMMA): thickness 3-10mm, bright colors, uniform light transmission, can be carved or hot bent into shape, used for luminous characters or display boards.

PS board (polystyrene): thickness 1-5mm, smooth surface for easy printing, low cost, suitable for temporary advertising display boards.

2. Exhibition display and props

Application scenarios: booth construction, exhibit racks, shopping mall display racks.

Board type:

ABS board: thickness 2-8mm, easy to process (can be cut, drilled, electroplated), high surface glossiness, used for customized display props.

EVA board: thickness 1-5mm, soft and elastic, shockproof and moisture-proof, used for precision instruments or jewelry lining packaging.

In the field of electronics and electrical engineering

1. Insulation and protective materials

Application scenarios: Circuit board partitions, electrical enclosures, cable tray liners.

Board type:

FR-4 epoxy board: thickness 0.5-5mm, excellent flame retardant and insulation properties, used for PCB circuit board support or electrical insulation components.

PVC insulation board: thickness 1-3mm, voltage resistant, moisture-proof, used for distribution box partitions or motor protective barriers.

2. Semiconductors and Cleanrooms

Application scenarios: cleanroom wall panels, electronic component carriers, and wafer transfer equipment components.

Board type:

Anti static PP board: thickness 3-10mm, stable surface resistance value, prevents static electricity from adsorbing dust, used in semiconductor factories.

PVDF board (polyvinylidene fluoride): thickness 2-8mm, resistant to chemical corrosion, high and low temperature (-40 ℃~150 ℃), used for precision equipment lining.

Agriculture and Environmental Protection

1. Greenhouse and aquaculture facilities

Application scenarios: greenhouse side panels, breeding pool partitions, aquatic seedling boxes.

Board type:

PC Sunshine Board: Thickness 4-12mm (multi-layer hollow structure), high transmittance, good insulation, used for greenhouse ceilings or seedling box cover plates.

PE board: thickness 5-15mm, UV resistant, anti-aging, can be used as waterproof lining board for breeding ponds or feed storage boxes.

2. Environmental Protection and Water Treatment

Application scenarios: Sewage treatment tank partitions, exhaust gas treatment equipment liners, landfill anti-seepage layers.

Board type:

HDPE anti-seepage membrane: thickness 0.5-3mm, made of high-density polyethylene material, resistant to permeability, acid and alkali, used for sealing landfills or biogas digesters.

PP board: thickness 5-20mm, strong corrosion resistance, can be processed into tank bodies or filter plates for water treatment equipment.

Special field applications

1. Aerospace and automotive industry

Application scenarios: Aircraft interior panels, automotive dashboard panels, lightweight components.

Board type:

Carbon fiber reinforced composite board: thickness 1-5mm (resin based+carbon fiber), high strength, lightweight, used for aircraft cabin walls or automotive chassis.

ASA board (acrylic styrene acrylonitrile): thickness 2-4mm, excellent weather resistance (UV resistance, high and low temperature resistance), used for automotive exterior panels.

2. Medical and food industries

Application scenarios: Medical equipment casings, food processing workstations, drug packaging pads.

Board type:

Medical grade PP board: thickness 3-8mm, non-toxic, anti bacterial adhesion, in compliance with FDA standards, used for operating room instrument cabinets or food conveyors.

PETG board: thickness 1-3mm, transparent and environmentally friendly, can directly contact food, used as an inner lining for candy boxes or drug packaging.
