The invention discloses a preparation method of a novel aluminum-plastic composite film hot melt adhesive. The hot melt adhesive is prepared by grafting maleic anhydride onto polyolefin elastomer. Raw materials of the composite film include propylene-based elastomer, POE resin, initiator and maleic anhydride. The hot melt adhesive product is manufactured by means of a mixer and an extruder. Compared with traditional hot melt adhesives, this method features simple implementation, low cost, convenient operation and large-scale mass production capability.
