The raw materials include by weight percentage: 55%～80% PEEK, 10%～25% PEI and 5%～20% PPSU. The preparation method comprises drying PEEK, PEI and PPSU to remove moisture, mixing uniformly, performing melt blending, extrusion and granulation by a twin-screw extruder, and finally extruding into medical tubes via a single-screw extruder. The PEEK-based medical tube can be used for medical catheters, featuring high strength, high toughness and high temperature resistance, as well as good biocompatibility, adaptability and non-toxicity.
