The ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer resin contains 3 mass% to 30 mass% of vinyl acetate units, wherein the ratio (AIR/BIR) of absorbance ratio AIR to absorbance ratio BIR of the ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer resin measured by a specific test method is 0.80 to 1.40.
