1. Door and window profiles

Application scenarios: window frames, door frames, window sashes, blinds.

Profile type:

PVC-U door and window profiles:

Material: Hard polyvinyl chloride (without plasticizers), with additives such as calcium carbonate and titanium dioxide added.

Structure: Multi cavity hollow structure (enhanced insulation), surface can be co extruded with colored film or film.

Features: superior thermal insulation compared to aluminum alloy (with a heat transfer coefficient of over 30% lower), sound insulation effect of 30dB, and weather resistance of 10-15 years.

Broken bridge aluminum-plastic composite profile:

Material: Outer layer aluminum alloy+inner layer PVC insulation strip (PA66-GF25 material).

Structure: Connected by threading or gluing process, cutting off the metal heat conduction path.

Features: It combines aluminum alloy strength and plastic insulation, suitable for high-end energy-saving buildings.

2. Decorative lines and panels

Application scenarios: skirting board, corner line, wall panel, integrated ceiling clip board.

Profile type:

PVC decorative profiles:

Material: Soft or semi-rigid PVC (with added plasticizers), capable of extruding wood grain and marble like textures.

Structure: The cross-section is in the shape of a right angle, arc, or concave convex pattern, and the back has a slot for easy installation.

Features: Waterproof and moisture-proof, easy to install (no nail glue fixation), cost only one-third of solid wood lines.

Wood plastic (WPC) profiles:

Material: Polypropylene (PP)+Wood Powder (30% -70%)+Coupling Agent, with a surface that can be drawn after extrusion.

Structure: Solid or hollow rectangular cross-section, imitating wood texture.

Features: insect resistant, acid and alkali resistant, used for outdoor flooring and fences (with a service life of 15-20 years).

Furniture and Home Furnishings

1. Furniture frame and accessories

Application scenarios: wardrobe frames, table and chair support bars, drawer rails.

Profile type:

ABS profiled material:

Material: Acrylonitrile butadiene styrene copolymer, surface can be electroplated or painted.

Structure: I-shaped, C-shaped cross-section, with installation holes inside.

Features: Strong impact resistance (Izod impact strength ≥ 20kJ/m ²), used for children’s furniture anti-collision strips and table and chair connectors.

PETG profiles:

Material: Modified polyester (ethylene glycol modified PET), transparent or semi transparent.

Structure: U-shaped, circular cross-section, used for glass partition brackets.

Features: Resistant to chemical corrosion (resistant to cleaning agents), with a light transmittance of 92%, used for glass support in kitchen cabinets.

2. Bathroom and kitchen supplies

Application scenarios: shower curtain rod, cabinet skirting board, sink drain rack.

Profile type:

PP-R profiles:

Material: Random copolymer polypropylene, extruded and connected by expansion or hot melt.

Structure: Circular pipe (diameter 16-110mm) or rectangular skirting board (height 80-150mm).

Features: High temperature resistance (long-term use temperature of 70 ℃), used for moisture-proof kicking at the bottom of hot water pipes or cabinets.

PS vacuum formed profiles:

Material: Polystyrene, vacuum formed into a wavy or serrated shape.

Structure: Thin sheet (thickness 0.5-2mm), used for refrigerator drawer dividers.

Features: Low cost, easy to process, low temperature resistance (-20 ℃ without brittle cracking).

Industrial and mechanical fields

1. Structural support and guide rails

Application scenarios: automation equipment racks, conveyor belt guides, machine tool protective covers.

Profile type:

Aluminum plastic composite profiles:

Material: Outer layer aluminum alloy (6063-T5)+inner layer UHMWPE (ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene) wear-resistant strip.

Structure: Rectangular frame (side length 20-100mm), embedded with plastic wear-resistant layer inside.

Features: 15% lighter in weight than all aluminum profiles, with a friction coefficient as low as 0.05, used for precision instrument guides.

PA66 nylon profiles:

Material: Nylon 66+glass fiber (reinforced 30%), extruded into a T-shaped or L-shaped cross-section.

Structure: Solid profile with lubrication grooves on the surface.

Features: Good self-lubricating performance (can replace metal guide rails), strong oil resistance, used for roller support in printing machines.

2. Pipeline and protection system

Application scenarios: Industrial exhaust pipes, cable trays, equipment protective covers.

Profile type:

PVC industrial profiles:

Material: Hard PVC, with added flame retardant (oxygen index ≥ 40) and impact modifier.

Structure: Circular pipe (diameter 50-500mm) or square bridge (width 100-600mm).

Features: Acid and alkali resistant (pH 2-13), used for exhaust gas discharge pipelines in chemical workshops.

PC endurance board profile:

Material: Polycarbonate, extruded into a wavy or multi-layered hollow structure.

Structure: Thickness 2-10mm, length customizable (up to 20 meters).

Features: Impact resistance is 250 times that of glass, used for factory skylights and equipment protective barriers.

Transportation and Communications Sector

1. Interior of automobiles and rail transit

Application scenarios: door seals, dashboard frames, high-speed rail luggage rack frames.

Profile type:

EPDM/PVC composite sealing strip:

Material: EPDM main body+PVC hard support strip.

Structure: Sponge shaped sealing lip+rigid installation groove, with a D-shaped or P-shaped cross-section.

Features: High and low temperature resistance (-40 ℃~120 ℃), compression permanent deformation rate ≤ 20%, used for waterproof sealing of car doors.

ABS/PC alloy profiles:

Material: Acrylonitrile butadiene styrene/polycarbonate blend.

Structure: Thin walled hollow section (thickness 1.5-3mm), surface electroplated with a metallic texture.

Features: UV resistant (color change △ E ≤ 2 after 500 hours of UV aging), used for high-speed rail seat armrest decorative strips.

2. Logistics and warehousing equipment

Application scenarios: Tray support beams, shelf partitions, container liner strips.

Profile type:

HDPE tray profiles:

Material: High density polyethylene, extruded into an I-shaped or C-shaped cross-section.

Structure: Hollow cavity (reduces weight), with anti slip patterns on the surface.

Features: It can bear up to 2 tons/meter, is resistant to water immersion (water absorption rate<0.01%), and can replace wooden pallets (with a lifespan of up to 5 years).

PET-G shelf partition:

Material: Modified polyester, extruded into a flat or reinforced structure.

Structure: Thickness 3-8mm, with bent and reinforced edges at the edges.

Features: Impact resistant (able to withstand 50kg of falling objects), used for cold storage shelves (resistant to -30 ℃ low temperature).

1. Greenhouse and aquaculture facilities

Application scenarios: greenhouse skeleton, aquaculture net cage frame, irrigation pipeline support.

Profile type:

PVC agricultural profiles:

Material: Hard PVC, with added UV absorber (UV-531).

PP aquaculture net cage profiles:

Structure: Welded into a mesh structure with a mesh size of 5-20mm.

Features: High buoyancy (density 0.91g/cm ³), resistant to seawater corrosion, used for aquaculture net cages.

Profile type:

Wood plastic (WPC) horticultural profiles:

Material: Polyethylene (PE)+rice husk fiber+coupling agent, extruded into bamboo like or wood like cross-sections.

Structure: Solid or hollow rectangle (side length 20-100mm), with surface brushed or embossed treatment.

Features: Maintenance free (no need for painting), weather resistance of more than 10 years, used for park pavilions and courtyard fences.
